Product manuals are listed numerically by model number under unit type/size. **To search for your manual, use the Ctrl+ F function on your device and insert your model number.**   
   
You can find your unit's model number on the silver origin label sticker located on your unit. The location of this sticker can vary depending on the unit, here are the most common sticker locations:

*   Tabletop units: on the underside of the griddle main body (burn box)
*   28 inch and 36 inch units: on the bottom stabilizing tray or bottom cart panel
*   X-Frame and cart units: on a side support bar
